Tri It Gym and Fitness Centre is located in the village of Ryton (a mere 2.3 miles from Blaydon Shopping Centre).

We are a community gym and welcome people of all ages and backgrounds. Our staff team is built up of qualified gym instructors and personal trainers who are ready to help you whenever you need.

We understand how important it is to have a local gym that is friendly and affordable and therefore we endeavour to make your fitness journey as enjoyable and rewarding as possible.
