SPINNING

A spin class is a high intensity cycling workout that generally takes place on a stationary machine with a heavy, weighted flywheel that is linked to the pedals.

The result is a fixed gear bike â€“ your legs are constantly moving and you have to apply pressure to slow them down. You can’t simply stop pedalling and that means that every second of the available time is put to good use.

BOXERCISE

Boxercise combines boxing and exercise in great fun, stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit or the elitism of some so called purists. There are over 1.2 Million people in the UK taking Boxercise Classes. Boxercise is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic recruitment of both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

You won't be bored when you do circuit training. This workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time.

You’ll move quickly through 8-10 exercise stations to work different muscle groups with little to no rest between stations. Each station has a different exercise. You may do bicep curls or jump rope for 60 seconds.

You’ll do about 10-25 reps at each station, lasting between 30 seconds and 3 minutes, and then move on to the next station.

BODY SCULPT

Body sculpting (or core conditioning) is a non-aerobic, muscle toning class. We focus on improving core strength, increasing flexibility and burning calories by guiding you through a range of traditional weight training exercises.
Exercises are low impact and classes are fun and motivational for all. It's a one-hour total body workout, that'll leave you feeling great about yourself.

SUPERHEROES

This superheroes class is designed to progress your child in terms of technique for fundamental movements and confidence. The instructor will teach your child key points in popular exercises and progress them when they feel they are ready to do so! There are 24 levels and 5 superheroes (Ironman, Spiderman, Thor, Superman and Hulk) which all focus on different areas of the body.
